(as in, private) life with strangers (as in, neighbours)...
* why I can't leave the house without walking through a
cloud of scent (Nothing too overpowering, just a spritz up into the air)...
* why so many people I know don't seem to know the difference
between monologue and conversation...

Hello India. Looks like you had a lovely Easter time. How flattering to be a look alike of Katherine Hepburn! She has a lovely bone structure. So you my friend perhaps also have a lovely bone structure so people say you look like her.
Many a time I have been asked if I come from Sri Lanka. Then again some have asked if I come from East Africa I wonder why.
If it makes you feel any better, I cannot whistle either.

oh, i can't whistle either, but when my brother whistles you can here him from quite a distance away. i guess it's not hereditary:)
Right now, painting my apartment I'm wondering how much the rooms have shrunk because of painting since 1912 when the house was built.
As for your questions:
- If people say you resemble KH, obviously it's because on some level you do.
- I can't whistle.
- They're all wannabes. Track suits make them feel like they actually do something.
- I would be a hermit if not for Mr. Jazz who forces me to have a social life, social animal that he is. And yet, I blog and love it.
- Sarkozy is a creep. End of story. I can't believe y'all voted for him over Ségolène. Of course, we voted for Harper, so who the hell am I to talk.
- Because we all forget now and then. Besides whining is good for the soul - when I wallow in "patheticness" it takes me about five minutes to annoy myself and snap out of it.
- People don't understand the meaning of privacy anymore.
- Scent should be applied so that if you're more than 2 feet from the person wearing it you can't smell it. That's my rule at any rate. Scent is for the person wearing it - and those who get within 2 feet, not for the world at large.
- Cause it'S all about them.
- Well that I can do ;-)
- Susan Boyle. Poor woman. Flavour of the month all of a sudden. Next month's has been. She has an amazing voice, hopefully she has someone to keep the sharks at bay. And actually, she's not that bad looking, it's all a question of clothes and makeup really. And personally, I think Ella was beautiful. Are you a fan of Ella?
- Because people refuse to take responsibility for their lives. You can blame your parents or whoever until you're 21. After that, get over yourself and deal with it already!
- Because many of us just have too much time on their hands.
And that's all I have to say about that.
